Role Description
As a Recruiter at BRIX Recruiting Partners, you will play a crucial role in connecting top-tier talent with leading client companies across multiple industries.
ā¢ Strategically identify, engage, and recruit high-quality candidates through cold calling, referrals, networking, and proactive outreach.
ā¢ Discover and engage passive talent not actively seeking new roles.
ā¢ Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
ā¢ Deliver well-vetted, insightful candidate recommendations to clients.
ā¢ Guide candidates through the process while building strong, ongoing relationships.
Qualifications
ā¢ 1+ year of sales or outbound experience, with a metrics-driven mindset and comfort making high-volume outreach.
ā¢ Hungry, humble, and emotionally intelligent, with a genuine interest in helping people and thriving in a team-driven, competitive environment.
ā¢ Resilient and proactive, able to handle rejection, drive conversations forward, and take initiative without needing all the answers.
ā¢ Coachable and accountable, open to feedback, and focused on personal growth and performance outcomes.
ā¢ Strong communicator and highly organized, with excellent verbal/written skills and attention to detail.
