Role Description cFocus Software seeks a Project Coordinator to join our program supporting the Department of Defense (DoD). This position is remote and requires the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance. • Support Program and Project Managers with coordination of DSAID sustainment and enhancement activities. • Track project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and action items. • Prepare and maintain project documentation including plans, schedules, meeting minutes, and status reports. • Coordinate meetings, working groups, and technical reviews; distribute agendas and capture action items. • Support Agile development activities including sprint tracking and backlog coordination. • Assist with risk, issue, and dependency tracking and reporting. • Support reporting requirements for the Contracting Officer (CO) and Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR). • Coordinate task execution across technical, functional, and cybersecurity teams. • Support change management and configuration management activities. • Assist with transition-in, transition-out, and knowledge transfer activities. • Ensure compliance with documentation, security, and records management requirements. • Provide administrative and logistical support for program activities. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • 3+ years of experience supporting project coordination or program support activities. • Experience supporting IT or software development projects. • Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills. • Experience preparing schedules, reports, and briefing materials. • Familiarity with Agile or IT project management methodologies. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD CAC and required background investigation.
