Role Description
The Production Coordinator plays a critical role in facilitating production workflows to ensure the successful delivery of paper assessments. This position works closely with program delivery teams and operations subject matter experts to support procurement, packaging and distribution, order fulfillment, and data processing.
• Support production workflows and coordinate job submission
• Ensure quality and timeliness across various operations systems
• Manage job processing queues and support requests across several projects
• Release planned requisitions in Oracle ERP and process manual requests
• Facilitate accurate and efficient processing of production orders
• Monitor automated order imports and report errors
• Create and maintain Oracle discrete jobs for inventory management
• Manage job submissions and prepare control sheets
• Release jobs to the production queue in Prisma for Packaging and Distribution Support
• Provide regular updates on workflow status to stakeholders
• Participate in regular team meetings to monitor work status
• Provide input for enhancing the efficiency and quality of processes
• Build productive relationships and foster unity among stakeholders
Qualifications
• Associates degree preferred or a combination of relevant education and professional experience
• Prior experience working within a team environment
• Minimum of two years’ experience supporting cross-functional business teams or project teams preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft software applications, specifically Excel and Word
• Strong personal computer (PC) skills
• Experience with Oracle or similar enterprise resource planning systems preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to prioritize work according to service level agreements and timelines
• Strong collaboration skills for complex planning and problem-solving discussions
• Capability to drive decisions and coordinate activities across multiple stakeholders
• Reliable network solution for remote work
Benefits
• Pay rate from $15-$15.50 per hour
• This position is not bonus eligible

• This position is primarily remote
• Requires a reliable network solution for uninterrupted access to business systems
• Organization will supply necessary equipment and software
• Infrequent travel to a Pearson office location may be required
