Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, providing timely solutions and guidance.
Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.
Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support.
Provide exceptional service while maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
