Job Description

As a Data Entry Specialist at Amazon Inc., you will play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our data. Your primary responsibilities will include entering, updating, and verifying data in our systems. Requirements

– Proficiency in data entry and experience with data management tools.

– Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

– Strong organizational and time management skills.

– Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

– Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

– High-speed internet connection and a reliable computer setup.

Responsibilities

– Enter and update data in various systems accurately and efficiently.

– Verify the accuracy of data by comparing it to source documents.

– Review and correct data errors to ensure data integrity.

– Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

– Collaborate with other departments to ensure data consistency.

– Generate reports and summaries based on entered data.

– Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

Educational Qualifications
