Join our team as a Virtual Medical Scribe and partner with healthcare providers to document patient visits in real-time. This role is exclusively available to U.S. residents. Responsibilities Document physician-patient encounters by actively listening to live conversations and ensuring accuracy in clinical documentation. Verify patient information with physicians and input data into EHR/EMR systems like Epic, Athena, and Cerner. Contribute to reducing physician burnout and improving overall patient care quality. Requirements Medical Knowledge: Familiarity with medical terminology and prior clinical experience or relevant coursework (e.g., medical assisting, medical transcription, anatomy, and physiology). Technical Skills: Fast and accurate typing, strong computer proficiency, and the ability to navigate EHR/EMR programs. Communication: Excellent listening and communication skills, with the ability to transcribe diverse accents and dialects. Workspace and Equipment: A HIPAA-compliant, noise-free workspace with secure, high-speed internet (satellite internet not accepted). Professionalism: Strong attention to detail, grammar, and proofreading skills. Additional Opportunities Bilingual Candidates: Spanish-speaking scribes are in high demand (not required). Schedule Availability to work uninterrupted 8-10 hour shifts, Monday through Friday (7:00 AM to 7:00 PM). Part-Time: At least 3 days per week. Full-Time: Subject to availability.
