Position Description
We are looking to expand our team of Operations Assistants to support our growing portfolio companies. As a valued member of our Operations VA team, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks aimed at helping Mechanism and our portfolio companies scale into world-class organizations.
We are very specifically looking for candidates experienced and highly-skilled in the following areas of business support:
 Recruitment Support: high-volume sourcing, interviews, candidate communications
This role involves conducting initial screening interviews with prospective job candidates (via video calls), so the right candidate for this position will be outgoing, friendly, intuitive, and have the confidence and ability to lead frequent meetings via videoconference.
What YouÂll Do
 Candidate sourcing and coordination for recruitment projects.
 Conducting screening interviews.
 Managing email inboxes and coordinating with key contacts.
 Supporting administrative projects.
 Other business tasks as needed.

 You are tech-savvy, and can quickly learn new tools and processes.
 You are a strong, proactive communicator and work well both independently and as part of a team.

What YouÂll Bring
 Excellent command of written and spoken English (spelling, grammar, and syntax).
 Strong organizational and analytical skills.
 A minimum of 3 years of experience in Recruitment Support.
 Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other ATS platform experience would be a strong plus.
 Startup experience or experience in other scrappy, fast-paced environments is strongly preferred.
 High proficiency and comfort in Slack, Zoom, and Google Workspace tools (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc.) are required.
Time Commitment
This role is equivalent to full-time and you must be available to work Monday - Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET/New York.
Location
This is a fully remote position. You can work wherever youÂre most productive, so long as you have a quiet, professional space for calls.
Compensation
This full-time position pays $800/month USD.
