The Company  Trainee Recruitment Consultant
You will join the team as an associate consultant alongside an excellent team who are turning over £3million in profit on an annual basis. They have been up and going for nearly 10 years, and their name really speaks for themselves.
You will have the chance to work with some of the most impressive global Funds and Banks, and the chance to attend regular meetups and talks to help build and develop your knowledge in the area.  Basic salary of £27k, rising with each promotion

 Uncapped commission rising to 45%, seeing you earn £60k in your first year, and £100k+ in your third year!

 Researching and cold-calling prospective clients
 Attending client meetings and understanding hiring briefs
 Sourcing excellent candidates throughout headhunting on LinkedIn and using the company database of passive candidates
 Manging the whole interview process  preparing candidates for interviews, booking in meetings, negotiating the best package, closing the deal
 Building an online presence and posting relevant content
 Working towards individual and team targets

 Degree educated OR a background in sales
 Genuine drive to build a successful career for yourself in recruitment
