Position Summary
 Consults actively and communicates with internal constituents regarding the details associated with compliance profile maintenance for self-funded plans, to validate and strengthen data captured.
 Triage work that is submitted to the team to ensure all information has been received to push the request forward and follow-up on information that is outstanding.
 Executes both routine and non-routine business support tasks under limited supervision, referring deviations from standard practices to managers.
 Follows area protocols, standards, and policies to provide effective and timely support.
Required
5+ years work experience within the following:
 Document Triage
 Analyzing Data
 Intake Process Experience
 High-Level overview with decision making
 Medical terminology
 Reviewing Assessments
Preferred
 Attention to Detail
 Effective Communication
 Microsoft Office
Education
 Working knowledge of problem solving and decision-making skills
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$18.50 - $38.82
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
