 Managing the preparation of intricate federal and state income tax returns for S Corporations, Partnerships, and individual clients.
 Conducting comprehensive tax research and strategic planning to enhance compliance and optimize tax strategies.
 Reviewing financial statements and tax-related documents to pinpoint tax-saving opportunities and deliver insightful recommendations to clients.
 Providing expertise on pass-through taxation issues and addressing complex tax inquiries.
 Keeping abreast of the latest tax law developments to integrate into compliance and planning processes.
 Collaborating with team members to ensure accuracy and thoroughness of tax returns and relevant documentation.
Required Skills
To excel in this role, you should possess:
 A minimum of 2 years of experience in a tax senior capacity or a similar role, preferably within a top 15 CPA firm.
 A valid Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license.
 Extensive knowledge and experience in S Corporation and Partnership taxation.
 Strong capabilities in tax research and planning, coupled with a solid understanding of complex tax matters.
