 Adapt to fast-changing guidelines and provide clients with clear information
What Is Required (Qualifications)
 High school graduate or G.E.D.
 Minimum of one year experience in an inbound/outbound call center or retail environment
 Excellent oral and written communication skills
 Ability to multitask effectively, managing phone conversations while using a computer
 Must be able to pass a background check
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
 Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
 Experience in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining established quality requirements
