 Maintain both digital and physical filing systems
 Respond swiftly to record requests from internal and external stakeholders
 Review records to confirm completeness and accuracy
Required Skills
 Basic computer proficiency, particularly in MS Office, with typing speed of 40 wpm
 Familiarity with database management systems (e.g., SharePoint, FileHold)
 Competency in document scanning software (e.g., Adobe Acrobat)
 Understanding of electronic record-keeping practices
 Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities
Qualifications
 High school diploma or equivalent required
 0-2 years of experience in data entry, records management, or a related field preferred
 AssociateÂs or BachelorÂs degree in Business Administration, Records Management, or a related discipline is advantageous
 Certification in records management (e.g., CRM, CRR) preferred
 Awareness of HIPAA or other pertinent regulatory standards is a plus
