We are looking for dedicated, Oregon-certified educators to join our team in a part-time, remote teaching position. Key Responsibilities
 Conduct weekly check-ins to motivate and support students.
 Tailor learning opportunities and resources to suit diverse student needs.
 Maintain regular communication with parents, providing guidance and updates.
 Facilitate both large and small group lessons, creating an engaging learning atmosphere.
 Mentor students in specific subjects and offer tutoring assistance.
 Identify and support at-risk students by coordinating appropriate interventions.
 Collaborate with fellow educators to exchange insights and strategies for success.
Required Skills
 Current teaching certification.
 Exceptional verbal and written communication capabilities.
 Strong belief in individualized learning approaches, demonstrating a commitment to student success.
 Friendly, organized, and patient disposition with a positive outlook.
 Proficient with Google products (email, calendar, documents, etc.).
 Ability to quickly adapt to new online tools and systems.
 Capacity to work independently while managing deadlines and adapting to a flexible schedule.
 Access to necessary technology including a smartphone, high-speed internet, computer, and webcam.
 Eligibility to work in the U.S. and reside in an approved state.
Qualifications
 Must possess a current Oregon teaching certification.
 Experience in non-traditional educational programs is a plus.
