Key Responsibilities
 Respond to incoming customer calls and facilitate the redirection of tasks and inquiries.
 Maintain detailed call logs and ensure timely follow-up on customer interactions.
 Manage phone messages and provide assistance to customers as needed.
 Process payments from customers when required.
 Encourage customer engagement by requesting Google Reviews and connecting customers with the sales team for further insurance product opportunities.
Required Skills
 Exceptional interpersonal abilities: courteous, friendly, and consistently professional.
 Highly organized with strong multitasking capabilities to manage logs and multiple calls effectively.
 Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Salesforce is advantageous.
 Strong integrity in handling sensitive personal information with care.
Qualifications
 Must be a U.S. citizen residing in the contiguous 48 states, DC, Alaska, or Hawaii.
 Willingness to obtain (or already possess) your home state's resident Property & Casualty license.
 Minimum of one year of experience in customer service, administrative roles, or as a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant.
 Commitment to attend a one-day training session in Atlanta, GA.

 Potential to increase to $1,500 per month for supporting an agency owner with multiple office locations.
 Earn between (30,000 and )55,000+ annually by managing up to four clients.
