We are in search of a motivated and technically proficient District Sales Manager to join our esteemed team. This role entails delivering exceptional sales and technical assistance for our extensive portfolio of vapor intrusion technologies. The successful candidate will possess a robust technical foundation and outstanding problem-solving abilities to devise innovative remedial solutions for environmental engineering firms, regulators, and end-users. This position is accountable to the Director and engages closely with various team members.

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver compelling technical sales presentations to prospective clients, regulators, and other significant stakeholders.
• Oversee a project pipeline to meet and surpass district sales objectives.
• Offer technical support and supervise product application on construction sites.
• Represent our organization at trade shows and regional conferences.
• Remain updated on regulatory developments and industry trends related to vapor intrusion.
• Cultivate new business opportunities to achieve and exceed district sales targets.

Required Skills
• Proven experience in a dynamic, consultative sales environment with a competitive edge.
• Strong intellectual curiosity and a commitment to continuous learning.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating a passion for public speaking.
• Basic understanding of the real estate development process.
• Experience in building construction, environmental consulting, vapor intrusion mitigation, and site remediation practices.
• Proficiency in consultative selling techniques.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in environmental science, civil engineering, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in building construction, environmental consulting, and vapor intrusion mitigation.

Travel
• Willingness to travel up to 50% within the multi-state territory in the US.

Compensation And Benefits
• Competitive base salary of $68,000 plus commission.
