Key Responsibilities
 Initially, you will familiarize yourself with our team and operational workflows.
 Contribute to general bookkeeping, reporting, and payroll activities.
 Participate in weekly meetings with your manager to ensure seamless operations.
 As you acclimate, you will take on increased responsibilities, including:
 Supporting month-end closing processes.
 Overseeing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
 Managing bank account and credit card reconciliations.
Required Skills
 Strong independent work ethic and reliability.
 Practical experience in bookkeeping.
 Fundamental knowledge of accounting principles.
 Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
 Strong organizational and data analysis skills.
 Proficiency in adhering to established protocols and workflows.
 Experience with QuickBooks Online and/or Xero is essential.
Qualifications
 Demonstrated experience in bookkeeping is a must.
 Familiarity with managing a client account portfolio is advantageous.
 Certification in bookkeeping or accounting is a plus, though not mandatory.
