 Undertake general administrative duties, such as managing correspondence, filing, scanning, and copying documents.
 Compile and organize documentation necessary for expense charges.
Required Skills
 Strong interpersonal skills and a high degree of integrity to handle confidential information appropriately.
 Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, enabling professional interactions with colleagues at all organizational levels.
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Outlook, and Excel.
 Outstanding organizational skills, with the capability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
 Reliability and initiative demonstrated through punctuality, adherence to instructions, and proactive task completion.
 Willingness to work overtime during weekdays and weekends, as required.
Qualifications
 A minimum of one year of prior office or clerical experience is essential. Experience within a law firm setting is considered advantageous.
