Booz Allen Hamilton Holding is seeking a dedicated and highly motivated Online Chat Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. We are looking for a candidate who possesses excellent communication skills and has experience in providing exceptional online support to clients. As an Online Chat Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in enhancing customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and effective responses to their inquiries through various online platforms.
• *Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Interaction**: Provide real-time support to clients via online chat, ensuring accurate and timely resolution of queries and concerns.
- **Issue Identification**: Analyze customer issues and concerns, diagnosing problems efficiently and recommending appropriate solutions.
- **Customer Education**: Educate clients about our services, assisting them in utilizing our products and services more effectively.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, including details of inquiries and solutions provided, in our CRM system.
- **Feedback Collaboration**: Gather client feedback and relay insights to the product development team to assist in service improvements.
- **Technical Support**: Assist customers with technical problems, providing troubleshooting guidance and escalation to appropriate technical teams as necessary.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance knowledge of products and services, as well as improve customer support skills.
- **Performance Metrics**: Monitor and report on performance metrics related to response times, issue resolution times, and customer satisfaction levels.
• *Requirements**:
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support, with a focus on online chat or digital communication platforms.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficient in using chat support software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- **Personality Traits**: Highly motivated and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- **Soft Skills**: Strong cooperation skills to work across functional teams and strategic planning abilities to prioritize tasks effectively.
