Continent Post Inc is seeking a dedicated and reliable Remote Weekly News Writer based in New York to contribute news articles on a regular basis. This role is ideal for writers with a passion for journalism, current events, and digital media who can consistently produce high-quality content.
Writers will cover topics including, but not limited to:
 U.S. Politics
 Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI)
 Immigration
 White House Affairs
 Unemployment & Labor Market Trends
 Legislative Updates & Government Policies
Key Responsibilities
 Research and write weekly news articles on assigned or self-pitched topics
 Ensure accuracy, clarity, and journalistic integrity in all published work
 Submit at least one article per week, with a maximum of five articles per week
 Adhere to content guidelines and company editorial standards
 All articles must be original, non-AI generated, and must not be detected as AI-written
Requirements
 Must be a New York resident
 Must have U.S. Work Authorization
 Strong writing and research skills
 Ability to produce clear, engaging, and well-structured news articles
 All articles must be human-written; AI-generated content is not accepted
 Prior experience in journalism, blogging, or content writing is a plus
 Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
