What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Facilitate communication functions within the agency office and provide clerical support
- Create and update spreadsheets using Excel for tracking orders
- Assist with order management by comparing incoming orders with outstanding orders
- Document all responses related to patient interactions, including necessary changes
- Answer multi-line phones and manage daily communications with order management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of general office experience
- Experience using Home Care Home Base and knowledge of medical terminology
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to type 40 to 50 words per minute
- Reliable transportation and a high school diploma
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in customer service over the phone
- Familiarity with creating and managing reports, agendas, and schedules
