 Develop and implement the strategies and processes required for participation in the ISO-NE and other wholesale electricity markets, as well as state and utility-run programs such as MA Clean Peak Standard and Connected Solutions.
 Build and manage financial revenue models for your respective markets / programs; prepare monthly accruals, forecasts and reconciliations to actuals; and coordinate on monthly partner payment activities.
 Engage with external stakeholders such as state regulators, program administrators, and LeapÂs customers.
 Based on your expertise and participation in the above, develop short and mid-term market strategies that help Leap achieve growth in its customer base and revenue in your respective markets / programs.
 And work to drive cross-functional coordination with LeapÂs other internal teams to achieve LeapÂs growth and revenue targets in your respective markets and as a Company as a whole.
Requirements:
 Have 3-5 years of experience in... wholesale energy markets, energy economics, energy trading, or energy management
 Are familiar with recent trends in Demand Response and Distributed Energy Resources and programs
 Are detail oriented and possess strong analytical, data, and financial modeling skills
 Love optimizing market strategies, continuously improving operations, and streamlining complex processes
 Enjoy working collaboratively in a team with a diverse group of amazingly talented and fun people, but are also perfectly capable of working independently
 Are hands-on and like to take ownership of complex work processes
 Hold an advanced degree in business/finance, energy economics, energy engineering, or related field
