- **Problem Solving:** Utilize resources at your disposal to troubleshoot customer issues and provide solutions that align with company policies and procedures.
- **Product Knowledge:** Maintain a thorough understanding of Avery Dennison's products and services to provide accurate information and assist customers in making informed decisions.
- **Adaptation of Communication Style:** Tailor your communication style to meet the varying needs of customers, demonstrating empathy and understanding in all interactions.
- **Documentation:** Accurately document customer interactions in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring all information is updated and accessible for future reference.
- **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with other team members to share insights and strategies that can enhance the overall customer experience and support workflow efficiency.
- **Feedback Loop:** Actively listen for customer feedback and relay relevant information to management to enhance service offerings and address recurring issues.
- **Project Management:** Manage multiple chat inquiries simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of quality and attention to detail.
- **Performance Metrics:** Strive to meet or exceed performance metrics and goals as set by the management team, including response time, customer satisfaction rates, and issue resolution rates.
 *Requirements:**
- **Experience:** A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a live chat or online support environment.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficient in using live chat software and other relevant technologies; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
- **Personality Traits:** You are resourceful and energetic, approaching challenges with enthusiasm and a solutions-oriented mindset.
- **Soft Skills:** Strong adaptability in a fast-paced environment and the ability to manage projects effectively from inception to resolution.
- **Communication Skills:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a keen ability to convey complex information in a simplified manner.
