As a Live Chat Agent, youâll be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, troubleshooting, and providing top-notch support through our online chat platform. Key Responsibilities
⢠Respond to customer inquiries via live chat promptly and professionally.
⢠Provide accurate information about Tons Of Phonesâ products, services, and promotions.
⢠Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues or escalate them to the appropriate department.
⢠Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude while ensuring customer satisfaction.
⢠Track and document customer interactions using the companyâs CRM system.
⢠Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times and customer satisfaction ratings.
Qualifications
⢠Previous experience in customer service or live chat support is preferred.
⢠Strong written communication skills with excellent grammar and attention to detail.
⢠Ability to multitask and handle multiple chat sessions simultaneously.
⢠Proficiency with chat software and CRM systems is a plus.
⢠A reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace.
⢠Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, if required.
