Our Parts Department has an immediate opening for a Parts Online Sales position. The Parts Online Sales position is responsible for managing and growing the online sales of automotive parts and accessories. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, phone, or live chat, providing accurate information and assistance with parts selection. Process orders efficiently, from receiving and verifying customer information to coordinating shipping and handling. Informs customers of companion part requirements and specials, ensures that the customer is exposed to the full product line. Provide price quotes and other information in a friendly, professional manner. Stays up-to-date with industry trends, new products, and emerging technologies to continuously improve online sales operations. Assist management in increasing parts sales via our parts online platform. Look into increasing our online presence via Ebay, Amazon, etc. Notify customers when special ordered parts are received. Maintain parts storage in orderly condition. Follow all quality control processes and procedures. Other duties as assigned. High school diploma or equivalent; A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in automotive parts sales or a related role, with a focus on e-commerce preferred. Strong knowledge of automotive parts preferred. Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms, inventory management software, and other sales tools. Detail-oriented and highly organized, with strong time management and multitasking abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work demands.
