Key Responsibilities:
? Provide virtual counseling and support services to students dealing with emotional, behavioral, and social challenges.
? Develop and implement individualized intervention plans to address student needs.
? Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school personnel to create a supportive educational environment.
? Conduct virtual assessments and evaluations to identify students? needs and track progress.
? Facilitate virtual group sessions and workshops on topics such as stress management, social skills, and conflict resolution.
? Maintain accurate and confidential records of student interactions and progress.
? Stay current with best practices and regulations in school social work and virtual learning environments.
Qualifications:
? Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
? Current Illinois licensure as a School Social Worker.
? Previous experience in a school setting or with children and adolescents preferred.
? Proficiency with virtual communication tools and platforms.
? Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
? Ability to work independently and manage a remote caseload effectively.
