About The Position:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Psychotherapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mental health issues and a passion for helping others. In this role, you are committed to making a difference in the lives of those we serve.

Responsibilities:
 Provide virtual individual, family & group therapy sessions
 Develop and implement treatment plans, assessments & interventions
 Collaborate with other mental health professionals
 Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic techniques
 Stay up-to-date on the latest clinical research and best practices
 Maintain accurate client records
Qualifications:
 Master's degree in social work, counseling or a related field
 Must hold a valid LMSW, LCSW,LGPC or LPC or equivalent licensure, with eligibility to practice in Washington, D.C., Maryland, or Virginia.
 Candidates must be in good standing with the licensing body and eligible for insurance credentialing.
 Strong interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to establish rapport with a diverse client base.
 Proficient in written and oral communication, capable of effective documentation and client communication.
