Responsibilities of the Data Support Specialist:
 Collaborate with the program management team and external MGA and TPA partners globally to standardize bordereau file formats and delivery methods.
 Oversee the management of bordereau files, tracking their delivery and processing from MGA/TPA partners.
 Upload monthly reports to data processing tools and run models to create aggregated data sets.
 Ensure that monthly reports and aggregated data are accessible to internal stakeholders.
 Identify and escalate issues, tracking production errors until resolved.
 Assist in data mapping and implementation for new programs.
Requirements for the Data Support Specialist:
 Over 5 years of experience in P&C program management.
 Strong background in database management.
 Excellent analytical and reporting abilities.
 Proficiency in Pyramid, Power BI, or Tableau.
