 Assist the customer in enrolling in product/service offerings
 Process orders, prepare correspondence and fulfill customer needs
 Solve customer issues in a courteous, friendly and professional manner
Basic Qualifications of the Entry Level Customer Service and Sales Assistant:
 Excellent Verbal/Written Communication Skills
 Punctuality and consistent work attendance
 Must have 1-3 years of experience or related course work in Marketing, Events, Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations
 Must be able to work with others in face to face setting
 Customer Service and Sales experience a plus
 Sports background is a huge plus
