Responsibilities:
 Sources and refills ingredients for meal preparation following correct procurement protocols.
 Responds to open PO and credit reports promptly and with scrupulous attention to detail.
 To effectively control spoilage and prevent shrink, the specialist must closely monitor inventory on a regular basis.
 Performs the necessary checks and documentation for spoilage, sampling, temperature, and sweep worksheets.
 Renders assistance in serving customers and preparing meals based on the given timetable or whenever required.
 Keeps communication lines open with the Kitchen Manager/Chef and Team Leader to address procurement concerns and challenges.
 Maintains amicable cooperation with suppliers and service providers.
 Partners with the Team Leader or Assistant Team Leader(s) to calculate the cost of the recipe.
 Facilitates the process of fulfilling customer requests from foreign locations.
 Aids in the inventory process to support leadership.
