• Expert Liaison: Act as the go-to expert for brand teams, facilitating seamless in-market execution through collaboration with both field marketing teams and external agencies.
• Marquee Programs: Align experiential tour capabilities with marquee brand programs, ensuring each activation is impactful and cohesive.
• Engagement: Work closely with agency teams and internal associates to bring vibrant consumer experiences to life.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Collaboration: Skilled at synthesizing needs of multiple stakeholders, building partnerships, and establishing trust and credibility across all levels.
• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop a team of individual contributors.
• Agency Experience: Extensive experience with experiential and sampling agencies.
• NAOU Knowledge: Strong engagement with NAOU Bottling System and Partners.
• Brand Strategy: Deep understanding of brand marketing strategy.
• Communication: Exceptional clarity in concise communication.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred.

What We Can Do for You:
• Iconic & Innovative Brands: Refresh your career with our portfolio of over 250 world-renowned products, where innovation is a constant ingredient.
• Expansive & Diverse Customers: Engage with a diverse range of customers every day.
• Critical Experiences: Collaborate within a global network and cross-functional partners to redefine how we refresh the world and make a difference.
