This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $40,000 – $50,000 per year, depending on experience. Employees work flexible hours, with shifts ranging from 8 AM to 8 PM EST, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule. Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, ideally in a call center environment.3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other computer software.5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.6. Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and customer needs.7. Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.Responsibilities1. Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.2. Assist customers with booking tickets, modifying reservations, and answering queries.3. Provide support for customer complaints and find resolutions to issues in a timely manner.4. Educate customers on Delta’s policies, procedures, and services.5. Document all customer interactions accurately in the internal system.6. Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service effectiveness.7.
