We are looking for a talented Data Scientist to join our Central Strategy and Insights team, focusing on Revenue forecasting.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Scientist to join our dynamic team. This role is uniquely positioned at the intersection of data science and financial strategy, with a specific focus on developing and refining forecasting models within our revenue pipeline and hierarchy. We're looking for a self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset who can deeply understand the nuances of our rapidly evolving business and its key revenue drivers.
A Typical Day:
 Develop, refine, and maintain forecasting models for the drivers... in our revenue hierarchy, ensuring they align with overall financial strategy and business objectives.
 Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Product, Engineers, and other Data Scientists, to ensure cohesive strategy and execution.
 Engage in stakeholder management, effectively communicating with various teams and levels within the organization to gather input and share insights.
 Drive the process of extracting actionable insights from complex data sets to influence business growth and strategic decision-making.
 Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in data science to continually enhance our forecasting techniques and methodologies.
Your Expertise:
 BA/BS in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, econometrics, or computer science.
 Minimum of 3 years industry experience in data science, preferably with exposure to financial and forecasting models focusing on revenue drivers.
 Strong communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to convey complex data-driven insights to executive and senior management in a clear and concise manner.
 Proficient in statistical modeling and time series analysis.
 Expertise in SQL and relational databases, along with proficiency in programming languages such as R or Python.

This position is US - Remote Eligible. The role may include occasional work at an Airbnb office or attendance at offsites, as agreed to with your manager.
