Requirements and Skills Proven experience as a Customer Support Specialist or in a similar Customer Service role. Familiarity with our industry is a plus. Proficiency in using help desk software and remote support tools. Strong understanding of CRM systems and their functionalities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
