Responsibilities
• Order entry

• Order shipment
,
• Invoicing
,
• First touch - Customer/ sales rep communications (phone, email)
,
• Product support (basic troubleshooting)
,
• Freight quotes
,
• Outbound PO communications
,
• Inbound/ outbound logistics (carriers)
,
• Field customer inquiries
,
• Coordinate shipping/ stock transfers
,
• Sample fulfillment
,
• Customer sales inquiries
,
• Stock level check
,
• Communication of shipment status change/ issues to sales for resolution (standard products)
,
• Other duties as assigned by Director of Operations

Requirements
• Experience with Microsoft Office software
,
• Proficient in data entry with attention to detail
,
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
,
• Ability to type efficiently while engaging with customers
,
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
,
• Great time management skills, completing tasks in a timely manner
,
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills
