In the process, youÂll handle a broad range of customer service call types such as processing... extensions of expired products, enrolling customers in coursework, and assisting customers as they navigate our website. ItÂs an opportunity to showcase your customer experience expertise and assist us in creating customers for life!
What YouÂll Do
 Professional ability to build relationships with customers, while giving you the opportunity to personalize your communication
 Provide technical support and fast-paced critical thinking to anticipate our customerÂs current and future needs
 Strong work ethic and self-motivation with a commitment to succeed both individually and as a team
 Aptitude to learn and navigate new software quickly, and comfortable using multiple computer screens and internet tabs simultaneously
 Set Schedule during our operating hours between 9a-530p/9a-6p EST or 11a-8p EST/1130a-8p EST
What YouÂll Need to Succeed
 High school diploma or equivalent
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office
 2 years of Customer Service experience required
 1 year of call center support experience preferred
 1 year of technical support experience preferred
Who You Are
 A positive, friendly, and approachable personality
 Must handle obstacles with grace, accuracy, and urgency
 Ability to remain calm under pressure
 Ability to work independently
