 Monitor community interactions and report on patterns or reoccurring issues to enhance content moderation tactics.
 Work collaboratively with other moderators to ensure a uniform approach to moderation across the platforms.
 Keep abreast of changing platform policies and industry best practices to inform moderation strategies.
 Engage in training and team meetings to share knowledge and improve overall moderation effectiveness.
Requirements:
 Fluency in Indonesian (native or equivalent), with proficiency in written and spoken English.
 Previous experience in content moderation, community management, or a similar role is advantageous.
 Exceptional attention to detail and strong critical thinking skills for effective decision-making.
 Familiarity with social media environments and current digital content trends.
