Now, we need to bolster our UK Marketing team with a Brand Marketing Assistant, to help us accelerate our growth and ensure our brand continues to grow and thrive in the UK and beyond. Key Responsibilities:
• Multimedia Content: Work with the team / outside sources on video content for use on websites and social media.
• Graphic work: Assist in the creation of marketing materials including brochures, flyers, posters, social media graphics and website visuals.
• Distributor collaboration: Provide... our distribution network with the collateral they need to promote Adam products.
• Manage paid media and SEM Campaigns: Create, monitor and manage paid media buys and lead generation programs.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, providing actionable insights.
• Markets and marketing trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
• Event Coordination: Assist our team in the planning and execution of trade shows, exhibitions, and other promotional events. Some travel may be required.
• Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify relevant and high-traffic keywords for our industry, including performance of competitor sites.
• Content Optimisation: Working with the content team review and suggest improvements to website content, including blogs, landing pages, and product descriptions, to improve natural search engine rankings.
• On-Page SEO: Implement on-page SEO strategies, including meta tags, headers and URL structures.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
• Link Building: Develop and execute effective link-building strategies to improve domain authority and search engine visibility, as well as grow the brand across multiple third-party websites.

Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:
• Educational Background: Qualification in Marketing or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on digital marketing.
• Skills/knowledge Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMRush etc).
• Graphic: Experience in using Adobe InDesign and Photoshop a strong advantage, as is a good understanding of brand and how a business can grow brand loyalty.
• Creativity: Strong creative skills with an eye for detail.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Organisation: Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with our UK and US Marketing teams, as well as the wider Global Adam teams.
• Adaptability: Willingness to adapt and learn in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
