Responsibilities
 Design and implement end-to-end data solutions on the Azure platform, including data ingestion, transformation, storage, and analytics.
 Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
 Develop and optimize data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, and other relevant tools.
 Ensure data security and compliance by implementing appropriate measures and best practices.
 Perform data profiling, cleansing, and validation to ensure data quality and integrity.
 Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
 Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in Azure data engineering and recommend innovative solutions to enhance data processing and analysis capabilities.
 Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
Requirements
 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
 Minimum of 15 years of experience in data engineering, with at least 5 years focus on Azure technologies.
 Strong expertise in designing and implementing data solutions using Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Azure Synapse Analytics, and other relevant Azure services.
 Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
 Solid understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL/ELT processes.
 Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, such as Azure SQL Database and Azure Cosmos DB.
 Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex data requirements.
 Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
