 Solicit cash and in-kind donations from individuals and businesses
 Oversee daily operations, ensuring effective management of resources and personnel.
 Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying areas for process enhancement.
 Lead business development initiatives to expand organizational reach and impact.
 Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including board members, community partners, and funders.
 Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
 Mentor and develop team members to enhance their effectiveness.
Requirements
 Proven experience in senior leadership roles within a nonprofit or similar for-profit business.
 Strong skills in operations management, project management, and strategic planning.
