Role Description
We are looking for a Legal counsel to join and support the Legal Department within the international group by assisting with client and vendor contract reviews, corporate maintenance, document administration, and coordination with internal stakeholders and external advisors.
ā¢ Conduct contract reviews to protect business interests and ensure compliance with relevant jurisdictions such as the UK, EU, and USA.
ā¢ Evaluate contract risks and verify that agreements meet regulatory standards and industry best practices.
ā¢ Provide efficient legal support for daily operations, including structuring and managing international transactions.
ā¢ Review and update contract templates to align with evolving legal and regulatory requirements.
ā¢ Assist with other legal matters related to corporate and contracts when needed.
ā¢ Oversee the internal approval process for vendor documentation.
ā¢ Help prepare and update corporate documents, such as resolutions, PoAs, and statutory forms, and maintain corporate registers.
Qualifications
ā¢ Higher legal education.
ā¢ 2ā3 years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal department (preferably within an international group, IT, or similar business environment).
ā¢ Practical experience in contract review and/or corporate law.
ā¢ Basic understanding of compliance principles (KYC, sanctions, GDPR).
ā¢ Ability to review and draft standard contracts.
ā¢ Accuracy, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
ā¢ Capacity to work across multiple jurisdictions and priorities.
ā¢ Strong communication and collaboration skills in a cross-functional environment.
ā¢ English - Upper-Intermediate and higher.
ā¢ Comfortable working in a multicultural and international environment.
