Role Description

As an Enterprise Account Executive, your mission is not only to hit revenue goals but also to help districts unlock real outcomes for students. In this role, you’ll be shaping the trajectory of a high-growth company while directly influencing how schools across the country deliver education.
• Lead a team of Mid-Market AEs to consistently achieve 100%+ attainment of $212.5K in closed-won revenue per AE per quarter
• Ensure a collective pipeline generation of at least 3x coverage per quarter across the team
• Drive a culture of accountability, high activity, and strategic outreach to accelerate new logo acquisition and expansion opportunities
• Manage a team of 8 AEs, enabling each rep to hit quota through effective coaching, rigorous pipeline management, and creative problem-solving

Qualifications
• 3–5+ years leading AEs with a track record of team quota attainment
• Skilled in pipeline management, forecasting, and running disciplined sales processes
• Deep understanding of complex B2B sales and ability to coach reps on multi-threading and closing
• Inspires, coaches, and communicates clearly to both teams and executives
• Thrives in fast-changing environments; creative problem solver who builds scalable playbooks
