[Hiring] License Specialist II @Radiology Partners
Role Description
Process, track, monitor, and renew provider licenses and certifications across a nationwide radiology practice, ensuring compliance with state and federal requirements.
ā¢ Maintain accurate provider data within credentialing systems, uphold confidentiality, and support radiologists throughout the licensing lifecycle.
ā¢ Coordinate DEA and CDS renewals, including submission of required supporting documentation (FSMB, FCVS, AMA profiles).
ā¢ Partner with providers, hospitals, leadership, and external agencies to resolve licensing issues and meet deadlines.
ā¢ Remote position.
Qualifications
ā¢ 5+ years of experience in provider licensing and credentialing within the healthcare industry (multi-state experience preferred).
ā¢ Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with high attention to detail.
ā¢ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and credentialing software; strong written and verbal communication skills.
ā¢ Ability to work independently, research and analyze data, and build effective relationships with providers, staff, and external partners.
ā¢ CPCS (Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist) certification through NAMSS preferred.
