Role Description
This position will assist the Compliance and Quality Assurance team in evaluating insurance applications and daily transactions for Club and Carrier defined compliance standards.
• Assigns leads from all distribution channels
• Sells Club Memberships
• Processes non-download carrier new business policies, renewals and amended declarations pages for all lines of business
• Assist with review and processing of Non-download new, renewal and endorsed business applications
• Process incoming mail and lead distribution from various channels and systems
• Update and process pre-month-end new business EPIC coding and maintenance
• Process daily download files in suspense
• Perform general clerical duties including typing, correspondence and data entry
• Protect and maintain account files and department records in accordance with regulatory compliance requirements
• Complete monthly reports from Agency Accounting
• Receive incoming calls concerning club products and member services
• Perform special assignments throughout the department, as warranted
• Review various data elements as required to maintain integrity of the system
• Complete related tasks in support of the department as directed
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of customer service experience in the Insurance industry
• Active Property & Casualty license preferred
