We are looking for a fully Remote Inbound Phone Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. We’re a fast-growing plaintiff-side law firm that helps homeowners and policyholders stand up to insurance companies. Our mission-driven team works hard to protect clients rights. Responsibilities • Handle inbound calls from potential clients. • Assist clients by explaining how we can help them and guide them through their next steps. • Provide exceptional service and communication to both homeowners and policyholders to protect their rights. • Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a positive attitude. • Collaborate with a fast-paced, high-performing team. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in Phone Sales. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly demeanor. • (Bilingual is not required but is extremely beneficial) MUST be able to speak English proficiently. • Strong relationship-building skills and a customer-focused attitude. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Familiarity with computer systems and sales software. • MUST have a High School Diploma or equivalent. Ready to grow personally and professionally. • MUST Provide one “Professional Reference” (please be prepared to provide this information) Details amp; Compensation This is a Fully Remote Position with Paid Training – Work from anywhere. INBOUND CALLS ONLY – NO COLD CALLING. Unlimited Earning Potential – EASILY make $400 plus per shift. Flexible schedule with the ability to work Evenings and Weekends.
