Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:30am-6pm local time zone or Sunday-Thursday 8am-4:30pm local time zone
M-F 930am-6pm local time, training (5 weeks) M-F 8am-430pm CT
Duties:
ā¢ They are required to provide their own high-speed internet.
ā¢ Minimal home broadband connectivity speed of 25 Mb downloads and 3 MB upload speed. Speed for home internet can be confirmed by going to
www.speedtest.net
. Please provide Internet provider and download and upload speeds.
Smartphones are required. The VPN token will need to be downloaded to the user's smartphone.
ā¢ They must have a sufficient/private work area that is used for business during their work hours.
ā¢ They will be required to be on camera during trainings and team meetings.
ā¢ Their current living accommodations are in a stable situation.
ā¢ Ensure the employee is aware of the Teleworker Privacy Practices they need to abide by.
ā¢ Must take steps to ensure that the work area is secure and protects CVS Health property and confidential information from inadvertent or unauthorized access or theft including:
Equipment and information are secure from inadvertent and/or unauthorized access or theft at all times.
ā¢ Workspace is dedicated to CVS Health business during working hours and is not accessible by others who may be present in the household; telephone conversations cannot be overheard, and documents/computer screens cannot be viewed by others.
ā¢ When not working, the computer is shut off. For short departures from the work area, the workstation must be locked, or the computer shut down.
Experience:
Previous pharmacy experience in retail or hospital preferred. Appropriate state license required. Experience in home infusion therapy is preferred. Basic computer skills required. Strong organizational skill, interpersonal skills and detail orientation important for this position. Minimum of one year's pharmacy experience in a retail or hospital setting preferred.

PBM/ Prior Auth experience is NOT required
PBM/Prior Auth experience ( **IF they have it):
-Look for experience within PBM setting handling Prior Auth (not MTM)
-Experience 1+ year

-Pharmacy MANAGER experience
-Staff Pharmacist 2+ years with same company
This position is responsible for dispensing prescriptions and coordinating clinical services for specialty drugs serviced at the branch location. This position is responsible for interacting with the health care professionals in the provision and coordination of customer care. Must also translate prescriptions, perform compounds and dispense prescribed pharmaceuticals. Must be comfortable communicating by telephone or mail, with patients and physicians for patient care. Will also be responsible for resolving orders via the EA (External Adjudication) queue.
Education:
High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or Pharm D. also required with at least two years experience as a pharmacist. Must have an active license in good standing
