Answer inbound calls, occasionally make outbound calls assisting with medically related inquires.
Using computer skills for data entry.
Gathering and reviewing patient billing and medical information.
Collaborating with carriers to ensure coverage of medication on behalf of the patient.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
MUST HAVE 1 YEAR OR MORE OF RECENT CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE (NO EXCEPTIONS)
Provide positive customer service and empathy.
Must have High Speed Internet with modem access.
Basic knowledge of medical terminology and insurance processes (preferred).
