Role Description
This role involves delivering white glove service and honoring the FSG Principles while:
ā¢ Preparing and reviewing financial statements for investment management companies and related entities
ā¢ Consolidating financial data across multiple partnerships and related entities
ā¢ Ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP
ā¢ Assisting with the coordination and support of year-end audits and tax reporting processes
ā¢ Preparing corporate credit card reconciliations
ā¢ Reconciling bank and other financial statement accounts
ā¢ Compiling accounting and tax reporting data for 1099 preparation
ā¢ Assisting with the onboarding and training of new team members
Qualifications
ā¢ Experience (3-5 years) in public accounting or a combination of public/private with a focus on partnership accounting
ā¢ Be a team player with an enthusiastic work ethic
ā¢ Learn all we teach you quickly, comprehensively, and enthusiastically
ā¢ Be exceptional in your organizational and written communication skills
ā¢ Have an exacting attention to detail
ā¢ Be exemplary in prioritization and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
ā¢ Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

ā¢ Quarterly bonus that offers unlimited potential growth - 1/3 of our profits (no matter how much) are shared with our team in bonuses each quarter
