[Hiring] Experienced Account Executive - Dental Consulting Sales @The Dental A Team

Role Description This role is best suited for candidates with 3-5 years of experience in consultative or professional services sales who are ready to own their own book of business. You'll own the full sales cycle from the prospecting to a signed contract. You will help dentists and practice owners discover how Dental A Team's dental consulting transforms profitability and lives. • Full-cycle responsibility from first call to close. Calls are primarily completed via video call. • Manage and convert warm inbound leads while prospecting new opportunities. • Run strategy calls with prospective clients to understand their pain points and their successful path forward with Dental A Team. • Attend external events to build professional relationships that will drive leads. (Monthly travel to dental events) Qualifications • 3+ years of B2B sales experience (dental, medical, professional services) • Proven track record hitting or exceeding targets • Confident in consultative sales approach • Self-motivated, problem solver and hungry to grow • Candidates must live in AZ/FL/ID/NV/TX/UT Requirements • Compensation: Base Salary $80,000 • OTE: $115,000-$140,000 with a 60/40 pay mix • SPIFFs • No-nonsense quotas Benefits • 10 Days of PTO Yr 1 (15 Days PTO Yr 2) + 15 Paid Holidays • 1 half day Friday per month • Monthly Healthcare Stipend • 401(k) with company 4% match • Company retreats • Fully remote with team connection and culture you'll actually enjoy!
