Role Description As the Director, Partnerships and Alliances, you will be a key player in driving next-level growth. This role demands strategic thinking, partnership development expertise, and a proactive approach to create and execute a comprehensive partnership and alliances program. Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Product, and business unit leadership, you will not only enhance product offerings but also expand market presence. Responsibilities • Developing and executing a strategic alliance plan. • Identifying areas of collaboration and opportunities for joint solution development. • Identifying and evaluating potential partnerships. • Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with alliance partners. • Overseeing end-to-end management of programs associated with key strategic partners. • Identifying and implementing process improvements. • Monitoring industry trends and competitive landscapes. • Providing insights and recommendations to business unit leadership. • Working closely with industry go-to-market teams to define and develop joint solutions. • Ensuring joint solutions meet market demands and provide unique value propositions. • Collaborating with various teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for joint solutions. • Driving customer and revenue growth via joint go-to-market programs. • Developing and implementing key performance indicators (KPIs). • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive program success. Requirements • Influence and negotiate with key enterprise partners to accelerate growth. • Possess strong strategic thinking and outstanding business acumen. • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, influencing, and leading across all levels of the organization. • Apply an analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. • Have extensive (10+ years) BPO industry experience and expertise. • Demonstrate a proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships. • Adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment. • Collaborate well within a team-oriented environment.
