Role Description
Fortuna is seeking experienced Dental Call Center Agents to support high-volume inbound customer service operations for California-based dental care providers and their members. This role involves resolving inquiries from dental professionals regarding billing, policy, and general service information.
ā¢ Handle high-volume inbound calls from dental providers
ā¢ Resolve billing, policy, and procedural inquiries within a 3-5 minute window
ā¢ Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current dental billing guidelines and healthcare policy changes
ā¢ Record and track calls using the call tracking system
ā¢ Provide professional, courteous, and effective service to the provider community
ā¢ Collaborate with team members to meet departmental goals and call resolution metrics
Qualifications
ā¢ 1+ years of experience in inbound customer service (private or government sectors)
ā¢ At least 6 months of experience in dental customer support
ā¢ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and help desk software
ā¢ Typing speed of 30 WPM and 95% accuracy
ā¢ Excellent communication skills and a positive, patient demeanor
ā¢ Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
ā¢ Reliable internet with a minimum 50 Mbps download speed
ā¢ GED/High School diploma
